Each year we we go about our daily life!

Weeks go by in  blink and you sit there thinking how fast the year has gone past.

Another year has past and Christmas is getting close and while some families are worrying about what to buy their loved ones there are also families who sit and just want loved ones returned to them.
So many people have lost loved ones this year, so many for tragic reasons.

As i sit here and think about my family i realise i haven't been true to them all. I have a close family, cousins, aunty's and uncles are like siblings and parents to me. As i have gotten older our own family life has slowly taken over those important things.

We used to gather a few times a year to catch up and slowly those things have disappeared and i know these things shouldn't have been forgotten or replaced but they have.

I have taken for granted that they will always be there.

One day someone might not be at the end of an email, text or phone!

So in my strive to help put a family together i urge you to take a step towards your family and just be with them this Christmas because time is precious and we don't know how long we will be with each other.

My sleep patterns can vary, some times i am blessed with over 6 hours sleep but other times like last night i only get 2 hours or less.

It drives me insane. What happens is i will go to bed at 10-11pm and fall straight to sleep but i will wake between 1-2am and ideas and thoughts will be running through my head and i wont be able to go back to sleep until i have figured out the ideas potential.

Those middle of the night ideas are always the best. My business has thrived due to those crazy maddening ideas.

All the research i do during the day must of triggered them to join forces and then the idea forms. Last nights idea is a particularly good one and i am itching to get started on it. However i do have to wait til the end of the day to talk to the Treehut children to see if they also think it is a good idea!

Its just a pity these fantastic ideas cant come to me at lunch!

This year has gone so fast !
I was thinking about my goals and i went back in my journal to see what they were and was blown away that out of ten goals i only got three achieved!

I like to at least get 5 done through out the year. So the husband and i were talking about how when our miss 11 goes away how we dont do anything, its like we wait for her to come home before we do anything. So we decided on our way home from Hamilton over the weekend that when she goes away in Jan we will pack the van and travel around the North Island.

I have never been down the east side so we will head that way. Both of us with our Cameras!

A  Huge thank you goes to All Good Bananas who kindly donated bananas to the Treehut children for their cooking class.

The children were very excited when they came home from school to see a huge box of bananas waiting for them.

they were so excited they all wanted to make different things, banana thickshakes,  banana fritters, banana biscuits.... and we all finally agreed on Banana muffins.
